Osaka Digital Exchange operates PTS for equities to contribute facilitating the capital market in Japan under fair conditions. Birth of the third PTS in Japan will encourage the competition among the markets, improve the best execution for the investors and make more liquidities in the markets. Operating "START", the first PTS for security tokens
Osaka Digital Exchange operates the first PTS for security tokens in Japan. Facilitation of the organized secondary market for security tokens will contribute to making more liquidities and establishing fairer market prices. Our business will make STO more prevail among the investors. Additionally the issuances in the STO primary market will be more activated when trades at the ST secondary market become active. Therefore Osaka Digital Exchange has a yearning to contribute to making more efficient capital market.
