The Next Phase for Digital Finance.
Almost 20 years have passed since the emergence of Proprietary Trading System, or PTS for equities in Japan. Since progresses of technology have reduced the hurdles for trading at PTS so that a lot of securities brokers have participated in PTS. We are convinced that PTS has now reached at the level which meets the participants' and investors' expectations. Simultaneously, application of block chain technology to finance world has started from crypto assets and now is being launched to securities token (STO) as a new finance method. Osaka Digital Exchange aims to open the door of new finance era standing between growing PTS and beginning STO.

Operating PTS for equities
Osaka Digital Exchange will operate PTS for equities to contribute facilitating the capital market in Japan under fair conditions. Birth of the third PTS in Japan will encourage the competition among the markets, improve the best execution for the investors and make more liquidities in the markets. Those will contribute to sustainable growth of the capital market in Japan.

Operating the Exchange for securities tokens
Osaka Digital Exchange aims to launch the first Exchange of securities tokens in Japan. Facilitation of the organized secondary market for securities tokens will contribute to making more liquidities and establishing fairer market prices. Our business will make STO more prevail among the investors. Additionally the issuances in the STO primary market will be more activated when trades at the STO secondary market become active. Therefore Osaka Digital Exchange has a yearning to contribute to making more efficient capital market.
