To our dearest investor customers: Note on Fees, Risks, etc.

When you invest in the products traded on proprietary trading systems (hereinafter “PTS”) operated by Osaka Digital Exchange Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ODX”), namely the Equity PTS and “START”, the PTS for security tokens, you have to transact via one of the security firms which is accepted by ODX as a trading participant of the relevant ODX PTS. When you trade, you may bear fees or some expenses determined by the securities firm. Please also be mindful that you may suffer losses due the price fluctuations and other factors which affect the value of the products. In addition, fees and or some other expenses you bear may differ depending on the securities firm you deal with. ODX therefore kindly asks you to check fees and expenses, to confirm cautionary notes provided by the securities firm regarding risks and other issues, and to refer to the Pre-Contract Documents, Documents for the Listed Securities, Pre-Contract Documents for Margin Trading, etc. ODX operates PTSs and executes transactions for its trading participants which are registered as securities firms in Japan. ODX does not provide services for other than professional investors.

Note on Products Listed on ODX’s “START” PTS for Security Tokens

The products listed on ODX’s “START” PTS for security tokens are based on the rules established independently by ODX, which differ from the regulations that financial instruments exchanges enforce on their listed securities, although they are all subject to the same disclosure rules and other regulations such as the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. Therefore, there exist risks regarding the liquidity etc. of the products that are different from those of traditional listed securities. Please note that products for which orders can be forwarded may differ depending on the securities firm. Please also be mindful that ODX identifies products by the ISIN Codes and/or START Codes, the latter of which are assigned exclusively by ODX.
