If an issue designated by the Tokyo Stock Exchange as an "Issue for Daily Publication" is also an ODX PTS standardized margin trading or PTS Loan Issue, it will be designated as an "Issue for Daily Publication" on the ODX PTS. The purpose of the "Daily Publication Issue" is to alert investors to the use of margin transactions by publicly announcing the balance of margin transactions on a daily basis, and it is not an issue for which regulatory measures regarding margin transactions are implemented.
